Mauk leads No. 24 Missouri over Toledo 49-24

TOLEDO, Ohio — Maty Mauk was sharp for most of the day — and when he did make a big mistake in the first half, receiver Bud Sasser was there to bail him out.

2014 Missouri Tigers football preview: Toledo

The big question mark is at quarterback. With Terrance Owens’ graduation, there’s still open competition. Sophomore Logan Woodside is the only one with game experience, but Junior Phillip Ely, a transfer from Alabama, was pretty sharp in the Rockets’ spring game.
