After being swept by Baylor in their three game series last weekend, Missouri bounced back with a 10-5 win over visiting Arkansas-Little Rock Tuesday. The game was marked by a solid defensive performance by Missouri after the team allowed a four-run third inning. The Tigers were also able to turn things around at the plate, with junior Eric Garcia and sophomore Michael McGraw each driving in three RBI. Garcia said the team just took advantage of every opportunity. “We got walks in key situations,” Garcia said. “We just all came together and kind of just believed in the next guy.” Jake Walsh picked up the win for the Tigers, improving his record to 2-2.

Missouri faces Illinois today at Busch Stadium in St. Louis. The game is scheduled for 6:30 p.m.
